Where to install my Omamori?
An Omamori can be put or installed literally anywhere! Install it in your car (behind the windshield, hanging on the rear view mirror or the winker lever...), put it in your wallet or attach it to your backpack! Keep it close to your heart!
Are the TOS Omamori real Japanese Omamori?
Yes! Our Omamori have ALL been blessed by a Japanese monk at a temple. There are not sold at a temple or shrine, but are authentic Omamori and they carry a genuine blessing to protect you. You can find more info on this topic >here<
Can you make a custom Omamori?
Yes! We accept private label projects. Don’t hesitate to ask us if you want to create an Omamori for your brand or for your team!

What payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
I did a mistake with my order, can I change it?
We usually ship the packets the day we receive the order. So if you want to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can still change the product or refund.
Do you offer sponsorship?

How much is the shipping?

Where do you ship the item from?
All items are shipped from Kyoto, Japan.
How long does shipping take?
Packets are delivered within 5 business days, for most areas (North America, Europe). Please add 2-3 handling days for total delivery time.
Where is my tracking number?
A tracking number will be provided to you when the packet is shipped. Please visit FedEx website with your tracking number to follow your packet. In case you didn't receive it, please check your Spam or Promotion boxes as our email is sometimes filtered and doesn't end up in the main box.
Will I pay import taxes?
Our packets are small and the product value is not very high but in certain countries the import tax value is very low and you might have to pay a fee do have your packet delivered. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have a doubt about this part!
