From October 5, 2020 delivery practices for all FedEx U.S. residential shipments will change.
All shipments will be left at the door on first attempt if recipient is unavailable, unless the shipper requested a Signature Service option.
If your packet requires a Signature Service, please select this option during checkout (+$3.8).
Please understand that we are not responsible if your packet status is mentioned as "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it (stolen packet for example).

REMOTE AREA (AUSTRALIA and CANADA mainly)
FedEx charges extra cost when packets are shipped to remote areas. 
Unfortunately, we can't detect a remote area address before the purchase has been finalized. If you are located in a remote area please be aware that we will request you to cover an extra shipping charge.
We will contact you after we receive your order to give you the payment procedure.
If you are not wiling to cover the extra shipping cost, we will cancel the order and send you a full refund.

PO BOX
FedEx doesn't allow us to ship to PO BOX, APO and Military addresses. 
Please select japan Post Economy Service if you need to ship your packet to PO BOX, APO and Military addresses.

Our online store will calculate shipping prices for you automatically.  

 

PROCESSING TIME 
Products shipped from our warehouse are carefully inspected for damage prior to shipping. We take extra time in the packaging process to minimize potential shipping damage as best we possibly can. Items are in stock in Japan. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for any given order to be processed (after full payment has been received).

 

SHIPPING TIME 
Packets are delivered within 5 business days, for most areas (North America, Europe) when shipped by FedEx. Please expect 1 to 3 weeks delivery time when shipped by Japan Post / your local national postal service. Please add 2-3 handling days for total delivery time.

 

TRACKING 
A tracking number will be provided to you when the packet is shipped. Please visit FedEx website with your tracking number to follow your packet. In case you didn't receive it, please check your Spam or Promotion boxes as our email is sometimes filtered and doesn't end up in the main box.

 

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES 
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
